Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

  • Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making your shopping experience as enjoyable and fuss-free as possible! Please review the terms below before making a purchase.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after approval. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. Sale, discounted, or coupon-purchased items are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility Items eligible for exchange include size replacements or defective products.
  • Exchanges are accepted only if the product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order items are non-exchangeable.
  • Sale, discounted, coupon, or gift voucher purchases are non-exchangeable.
  • Accessories are non-exchangeable.
  • International orders are eligible for size exchanges with additional courier charges.

Process

  • For size exchanges, contact us via WhatsApp at +91 7483278161 within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide order details, reasons for exchange, and supporting images (if applicable).
  • Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the item.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Items must be returned via traceable mail.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order.
  • The cost of return shipping (to and fro) must be borne by the customer.
  • Store credit equal to the exchanged product’s value, minus shipping costs, will be issued if the desired size is unavailable. This credit will be valid for 20 days.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting us via WhatsApp or email.
  • Cash-on-Delivery orders must be canceled strictly within 24 hours.
  • Prepaid orders will be issued store credit upon cancellation.

Important Notes

  • Customers are encouraged to inform us as early as possible to avoid dispatch and save courier costs.
  • Studionile reserves the right to make final decisions regarding cancellations.

Additional Guidelines

  • When desired sizes are unavailable, a credit note will be emailed with a validity of 90 days.
  • Credit notes must be used in a single transaction.

Why Exchanges May Be Denied

  • Exchanges are not accepted if customers dislike the material or color. Customers are advised to review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing.
  • Slight color differences due to screen resolution or lighting will not be eligible for exchange.
  • Products that have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer are ineligible for exchange.
  • Exchange/Return is not accepted for sale, discounted, coupon-purchased, or accessory items.

Courier Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are securely packed and tracked. Items lost in transit will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
